Frequently asked questions.

What methods of payment do you accept?

I am an in-network provider and can bill the following insurance companies: Cigna, Allegiance, BCBS MT, as well as Medicaid. I accept private pay for all other insurances and can provide you with a superbill upon request that you can then submit to your insurance company. Each insurance company varies on what they will and will not reimburse for, but many will compensate for up to 50-80% of services. I recommend calling to check with your insurance provider in advance.

*For private pay I accept cash, check, and Venmo*

What types of clients do you see?

I see children primarily between the ages of 0-5 with a variety of diagnosis some of those include, but are not limited to: Down Syndrome, Cleft palate, Autism, Chiari Malformation, Rett Syndrome, Russell Silver Syndrome, and DiGeorge Syndrome. Secondary to these diagnosis I treat expressive and receptive language delays, phonological Processing disorders, suspected Childhood Apraxia of Speech, disfluency/stuttering, and articulation.

How often do you see your clients? And how long are the sessions?

Anywhere from 1x/week to 1x/month, it all depends on the needs of the child, if they are also receiving services in other settings, and the availability of the parent. Typically sessions last about 45-60 minutes, with the last 15 for going over questions, thoughts and recommendations to have carried over at-home for the week to come.

Where do you see your clients?

In their most comfortable environment…home. This is where life is being lived and played out for most of our young littles and as a result, lends itself best to long term progress! That said, due to some families living further than 30+ min. away I am also available to meet in the clinic setting, local libraries, and when the weather permits at parks and playgrounds. For my older kiddos I make it a point to collaborate with their school therapists and will schedule visits about every 30-60 days in their school setting to support continuity of care and the carry over of goals at home.
